Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a positive and ambitious Supervisor to join Team OB. You will be part of the store management team, guiding sales through exceptional customer service and robust operational standards.

You will cover shifts and support the Store Manager in their absence, promoting OB values and a fun, engaging store atmosphere. The role offers flexible hours with advance rota communication and opportunities to develop leadership skills within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team or acting as a key holder.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and multi-tasking in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store sales growth through customer-focused service and effective store presentation.
• Review daily targets and KPIs with the team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead briefings to communicate goals, priorities and promotions to staff.
• Support the team in achieving high standards of service and operations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and tills balanced at the end of shifts.
• Maintain stock replenishment and merchandising to company standards.
• Promote OB values and create a positive, fun store environment.
• Support flexible working patterns and adapt to changing shifts.
