Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a positive and ambitious Supervisor for our new Fosse Park store in Leicester. You will work with the store management team to drive sales through superb customer service and strong operational standards, and you may act in the absence of the Store Manager.

The role offers a flexible number of hours across days and shifts with advance rota planning. We value fun, kindness and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail at supervisor or key holder level.
• Strong customer service and people management skills.
• Positive, vibrant and flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store sales growth through customer service and operational standards.
• Manage store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Lead daily briefings and support the team in achieving targets.
• Ensure cash handling, till transactions and cashing up follow company guidelines.
• Maintain store merchandising to company standards and keep top sellers stocked.
• Uphold health, safety and security guidelines.
