Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a positive and ambitious Supervisor to join Team OB in our store in Lincoln. You will work as part of the store management team to drive sales through exceptional customer service and outstanding operational standards, including taking the store lead in the absence of the Store Manager.

The role offers flexible hours with a fixed number of weekly shifts and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail at supervisor or key holder level.
• Positive, vibrant and ready to take on anything.
• Someone who’s kind, helpful and considerate towards customers and team members alike.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the store's sales growth through commercial analysis, including footfall, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure the team has an awareness of the store's sales target and current performance, as well as their impact on KPIs.
• Act as a role model, by delivering exceptional customer experiences and help the team to achieve similar high standards.
• Hold daily briefing sessions to share information about store targets and focuses, in the Store Manager's absence or at their request.
• Support the team in the manager's absence.
• Follow company guidelines for all cash handling including till transactions and cashing up.
• Review and action replenishment needs regularly to ensure top sellers and new products are readily available and the store is fully merchandised to company standards at all times.
