Job summary

Boundary Outlet in Sheffield is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead the shop floor and ensure outstanding customer service. You will support daily store operations, coach the team, and maintain store presentation.

Ideal candidates have prior retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for service. The role is based in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on teamwork and performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing procedures.

• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and achieve store goals.
• Monitor sales and KPIs, and contribute ideas to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures.
