Job summary

Pandora in Sheffield is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead the busy sales floor, coach a high-performing team and deliver a world-class customer experience. You’ll champion our brand values and own daily store operations, with KPIs and sales targets driving your approach.

You’ll guide team performance, manage till procedures and customer interactions, and support deliveries, visual merchandising and store security in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or senior sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer service excellence.
• Strong communication skills and leadership in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales floor operations and brief the team on KPIs.
• Coach and motivate staff to achieve targets and provide excellent service.
• Manage store opening/closing, till reconciliation, and handling cash.
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care.
• Assist with product deliveries and stock organization.
• Build relationships with customers through product knowledge and storytelling.
