Job summary

Boundary Outlet, a dynamic retail destination, is seeking a Retail Supervisor for Menswear in Sheffield. You will support daily store operations, lead a motivated team, maintain high standards of presentation and customer service, and help drive performance on the shop floor.

The role focuses on supervising a busy team, coaching staff, optimizing stock and merchandising, and ensuring health and safety and company policies are followed. 35 hours per week, five days out of seven.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures.

Role Overview

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll support the management team in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth team performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure that store standards are consistently high.
