Job summary

Deichmann UK is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Crystal Peaks store in Sheffield. This part-time, 30-hour-per-week role supports the store management team and delivers excellent customer service on a fast-paced shop floor.

You will lead a small team, help open and close the store, manage stock and merchandising, and strive to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced store.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open & close the store, including cashing up and admin duties.
• Offer excellent customer service with strong product knowledge.
• Lead by example, promote complementary products with each sale.
• Assist management to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Support team members as required.
• Ensure merchandised displays are refreshed and inviting.
• Process stock deliveries and store transfers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
