Job summary

Boundary Outlet, a dynamic retail destination, is seeking a Retail Supervisor for Menswear in Sheffield. You will support daily store operations, lead a motivated team, maintain high standards of presentation and customer service, and help drive performance on the shop floor.

The role focuses on supervising a busy team, coaching staff, optimizing stock and merchandising, and ensuring health and safety and company policies are followed. 35 hours per week, five days out of seven.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of store presentation, including displays and cleanliness.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and achieve store goals.
• Monitor sales and KPIs, and contribute ideas to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures.
