Job summary

Boundary Outlet is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support management in daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth team performance on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues in delivering high standards of presentation and service, manage stock and merchandising, and handle customer queries while upholding health and safety standards.
