Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Retail Supervisor for a Jewellery retailer in Manchester Arndale. You will lead from the shop floor, drive daily sales, coach colleagues and maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

You will engage customers, upsell, monitor KPIs, and support stock and daily operations alongside the Store Manager. A hands-on, target‑driven leader with retail supervision experience will fit well.

We are recruiting a motivated Retail Supervisor to join a specialist jewellery retailer in Manchester Arndale. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong salesperson who enjoys working towards targets, supporting colleagues and creating a shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

The Role

Working alongside the Store Manager, you will help drive daily sales, maintain high retail standards and support the team in delivering outstanding customer service.

You will take a hands-on approach to selling, engaging customers, understanding their needs and recommending products that suit their preferences. Leading by example, you will help create a positive team environment where commercial performance and customer satisfaction go hand in hand.
