Job summary

DCK Group in Manchester Trafford Centre seeks a Retail Team Leader/Supervisor to manage a designated zone, drive product presentation, and lead a team of retail associates. The role focuses on guest-facing service and brand ambassador duties.

This 35-hour per week position requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle to cover the Trafford Centre zone. No weekend work, with competitive pay and benefits including jewellery rewards and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership and excellent customer service in-store.

• Offer line management support to retail associates and escalation as needed.
• Follow all operational policies and safety guidelines.
• Use the scheduling app on mobile to manage shifts and appointments.

Role Title – Retail Team Leader/Supervisor - Manchester Trafford Centre

35 hours per week- £13.71 per hour

Our Retail Supervisorsare key to our business, providing face to face contact and hands-on merchandising expertise in the stores that we work with, and line management responsibility to our team of retail associates. In return we provide:

This will be on a35 hour contract per week, Monday to Friday. Pay rate is £13.71per hour.

Location: You will cover the zone of Manchester Trafford Centre

This is a multi-site role, providing cover in your designated zone so you will need to drive as well as have access to your own vehicle.

Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role -

• You will need to be host and customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude – an ambassador for our brands

• Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards in order to optimise sales

• Provide line management support to your team of retail associates, providing zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise when required.

• Follow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment

• Your appointments will be planned for you using our industry-leading scheduling system which you will access on your mobile phone

The experience we are looking for:

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting is a must – you need to love working in a team, and enjoy building productive professional relationships.

• Confident & positive with good interpersonal skills

• Happy to work unsupervised, following written & visualinstructions

• Has a great standard of personal presentation as anambassador for our brands

• Able to travel efficiently to all locations in the zone using your own vehicle. You must be a driver to be able to fulfil the needs of this role, so please only apply if you have a full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
