Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Manchester Arndale jewellery operation. The role combines hands-on leadership with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial results.

As a commercially minded leader, you will coach the team, optimise selling opportunities, manage stock and oversee daily operations while supporting the Store Manager to achieve targets and develop the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or an experienced Supervisor ready to progress.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong commercial performance.
• Ability to inspire a team, set clear expectations and coach others to improve.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and how to use performance data to drive results.
• Excellent selling, communication and customer relationship skills.
• Hands-on leadership with ownership and accountability.
• Strong organisational skills balancing commercial and operational responsibilities.
• Experience in jewellery, accessories, fashion or premium lifestyle retail would be beneficial.

The Opportunity

Partnering with the Store Manager, you will help shape the store's performance, lead the team on the shop floor and ensure the business operates efficiently and successfully.
