Wickes in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive store colleague to help drive customer satisfaction and day-to-day store operations. You’ll act as a key holder, supervise colleagues, and guide the team to complete routine tasks while ensuring a clean, inviting shopping environment.
You will support training new team members, assist with rostering, and contribute to a positive, safety-focused store culture. A confident, adaptable approach and enthusiasm are essential for success.
