Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead the shop floor, model excellent customer service, and support daily store operations in Coatbridge. You will guide colleagues across shifts, maintain brand standards, and help drive presentations and performance.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance. You'll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
