Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in Rugby to support the Store Manager in all store operations and to lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. • Experience with people processes and team development.
• Proven ability to deliver and exceed sales targets.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work with minimal direction.
• Good commercial acumen and decision making.
• IT proficient with store systems and processes.
• Knowledge and experience in Visual Merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent selling behaviours and act as a role model for KPI delivery.
• Support the Store Manager to coach and develop the team to hit targets.
• Oversee the sales floor with Floor Control to keep the store inviting.
• Review CSAT insights to improve customer experience and store operations.
• Support store operations and Visual Merchandising to maintain standards.
• Upskill product knowledge to educate the team and drive sales.
• Organise and prioritise tasks to meet business needs while protecting sales.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate and improve performance.
• Support in people issues to avoid escalation.
• Build capability to manage the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
