Job summary

PVH Corp. seeks a proactive Store Manager for our Calvin Klein/TOMMY HILFIGER flagship presence in the UK. You will lead a high‑performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure store standards align with our brands’ premium positioning.

You will drive sales, manage staffing and budgets, and partner with regional teams to execute visual merchandising and stock planning. Strong leadership and communication are essential to inspire trust on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive retail management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of store management in service or retail.
• Extensive experience connecting with consumers in a brand retailer.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning and sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store management to build opportunities and meet company standards, budgets, SPH, UPT, conversion and shrinkage targets.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate to grow business or improve performance.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and staff fairly and consistently.
• Ensure door-to-floor practices, merchandising standards, and stock availability are maintained.
• Communicate with buying teams to maintain stock levels and appropriate assortments.
• Analyze store reports and create action plans to improve results.
