Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience in a premium or luxury brand.
• Experience in people management with conflict resolution skills.
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to maximise service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product/merchandising, and store processes.
• Attend weekly management and staff meetings.
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience with fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Support delivery of business strategy with consistent product knowledge training.
• Meet personal sales targets: v budgets, sales per hour and transactions.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties including opening/closing the store.
• Emphasise quality relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards and back-room practices.
• Collaborate with management to build a talent pool for key positions.
