Job summary

PVH Corp. operates Calvin Klein stores and seeks a Supervisory level leader in London to drive exceptional customer service and sales performance. You will lead by example, manage staff, and embody the brand's values while delivering a premium shopping experience.

You will be responsible for coaching teams, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the business strategy in a fast-paced retail environment. A passion for fashion and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience in premium or luxury brands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support the management team in personnel, product & merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate to staff all marketing and sales promotions.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly.
• Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensuring training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve company standards/goals for personal sales results: sales vs budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty functions, manage store opening/closing functions and the sales floor.
• Focus staff on building a repeat customer base with excellent service.
• Ensure visual merchandising directives are followed; review for consistency.
• Help build a talent pool for key positions and potential successors.
