Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Concession Manager to lead store operations for our Tommy Hilfiger and PVH brands in the UK. You will drive sales performance, budget adherence, and staff development while ensuring an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with Area Manager to implement standards, mentor a diverse team, and maintain visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store. A strong background in retail leadership and people management is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in connecting to consumers in a brand retailer is essential.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, sales and people management.
• Strong leadership and people skills with a focus on service quality and results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area Manager to build opportunities and meet company standards, including budgets, SPH, UPT, conversion, wage and expense control, shrinkage, mystery shops, store audits and profitability.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with others to grow the business or improve performance.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and staff fairly and consistently.
• Perform Manager-on-duty functions: open/close the store and manage the sales floor.
• Ensure door-to-floor best practices, visual merchandising standards, and back-room organization.
• Oversee daily management of sales, payroll, expenses, goals and company initiatives.
• Align activities to meet business goals.
• Analyze store reports and create action plans to improve results.
• Lead weekly management meetings and participate in regional meetings.
• Set challenging goals emphasizing service quality, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Coordinate action plans considering consequences and budget decisions.
• Communicate KPI details daily to staff to drive service and results.
• Assist manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and onboarding processes.
• Own training and development of employees and ensure proper orientation and documentation.
