• Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury brand.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product & merchandising functions, processes and results for the store.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and delivering an exemplary store journey.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
• Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensure training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Meet company standards for personal sales results: sales vs budgets, sales per hour, units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties, manage store opening/closing and sales floor operations.
• Focus staff on building a repeat customer base with unparalleled service.
• Ensure door-to-floor visual merchandising directives are followed and reviewed regularly.
• Work with management to build a talent pool for key positions and potential successors.
