Job summary

PVH Europe, home to TOMMY HILFIGER and CALVIN KLEIN, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Livingston store. You will lead store teams, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards across merchandising and operations.

You will recruit, coach, and develop colleagues, manage day-to-day performance, and collaborate with VM and store management to maximise opportunities. A hands-on leader with excellent communication will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to generate sales, protect profit, minimise losses and deliver superb customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance in collaboration with others.
• Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
• Coordinate with VM team to ensure clear communication between VM and store teams.
• Partner with Store Manager to build capability and achieve company standards and objectives.
• Focus on relationships with customers and drive repeat business through exceptional service.
• Analyse store reports, create action plans to improve results, and communicate priorities to staff.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes.
