PVH Corp. is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead our premium brand store ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance. You will manage staff, implement merchandising standards, and uphold our standards of service and brand integrity on the shop floor.

You will mentor a team, drive sales targets, and maintain brand presentation across Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger offerings. A strong leader with a customer-first mindset will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist role in a premium or luxury brand.
• Experience managing people.
• Effective communicator with ability to foster belonging.

• Able to adapt quickly and work with pace.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to deliver customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product & merchandising functions, processes and results for the store.
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings.
• Communicate with staff about marketing and promotions.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience and fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Help deliver business strategy and provide training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve personal sales goals: sales vs budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage opening/closing and sales floor.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure best practices with visual merchandising on floor and back room.
• Support talent pool development for key positions including potential successors.
