Job summary

County Mall is seeking a confident, hands-on retail leader to support the Store Manager, lead the sales team, and drive commercial targets while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

You will oversee floor operations, coach the team, utilise CSAT insights, and ensure high standards of Visual Merchandising and store operations. This role requires proven retail management experience and the ability to motivate and drive performance.
