Job summary

Timberland is seeking a Sales Associate for a fixed-term, part-time 8-hour shift at the Designer Outlet East Midlands in Alfreton. You will inspire customers, deliver excellent service and help maintain high store standards within a global VF brand environment.

We value a passion for fashion and retail, with a friendly, can-do attitude. Weekend/evening/holiday flexibility is preferred to meet store needs. Training and development are provided within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is great but not necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary.
• Passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail in general.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
• Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store
• Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market
• Following all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.
