Timberland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our new pop-up store in East Midlands Designer Outlet. You will support the Store Manager, help deliver a memorable retail experience, and contribute to store performance.

You should bring hands-on leadership, strong English communication, and flexible availability for weekends and evenings. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract and part of a global VF Timberland team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and delivering a great shopper experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.
• Proactive mindset with initiative to improve store processes.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability in synergy with the Store Manager.
• Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates.
