Qualifications

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure store standards align with Timberland's visual merchandising guidelines.
• Open and close the store as needed and uphold operational policies and procedures.
