The Role

We are seeking a Keyholder to join our Brent Cross Wellbeing Hub for 19.5 hours per week (across 3 days). This role requires someone who is passionate about customer service and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience that aligns with our brand values. A keen interest in health and wellbeing will enhance your ability to connect with our customers.

As a Keyholder, you'll work collaboratively within a team environment, thrive under pressure, and respond to change positively while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism. Flexibility is essential, as you will be expected to work a combination of weekdays and weekends, with occasional late nights.

What You Will Do
  • Drive forward sales and achieve company objectives
  • Be responsible for the opening and closing of the store
  • Oversee cashing up and banking procedures
  • Assist team and store management with daily operations
  • Maintain stock management and support with delivery handling
  • Utilise Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive proficiently
  • Provide outstanding customer experience to inspire wellbeing
  • Take initiative and work proactively
  • Uphold company standards in housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
  • Provide hand and arm massages to customers as an integral part of the in-store experience, showcasing products and promoting interaction.
