Job summary

Entain Group operates Ladbrokes betting shops and is seeking a Retail Twin Manager to lead two stores, deliver top customer service and uphold our gold standards. The role reports to the Area Manager and involves managing a shop team and ensuring compliant operations.

Shifts are 35 hours per week with varied opening times; you’ll schedule rotas and support the area team. A competitive package and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
• Experience improving team performance.
• Enjoy engaging with customers from all walks of life.
• Experience dealing with challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the protection of our customers through the implementation of our Responsible Gambling and overall compliance strategy.
• Train your team to have a sound understanding of the business and our products.
• Plan and work towards defined goals, and manage controllable costs.
• Ensure you and your team maintain high shop standards.
• Follow our recruitment, induction, and ongoing learning and development processes.
• Support your wider area team, e.g. investigations, formal meetings, lead roles.
