Job summary

JD GROUP in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable Supervisor to help run the shop floor and uphold high service standards. You will support colleagues across shifts, ensuring presentation and store performance meet brand expectations.

You will assist with opening/closing, till operations, and everyday tasks under Store Management, contributing to a busy retail environment and a positive team atmosphere. Strong communication, leadership experience, and a keen eye for detail and product trends

Qualifications

Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
