Job summary

JD Sports Fashion in Jersey is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to help run the shop floor and uphold the high service standards customers expect. You will lead by example, guide colleagues on shift, and support daily store operations from opening to closing while maintaining brand presentation.

The role requires prior supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail, strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for retail trends and JD Group values.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading teams in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide colleagues on the shop floor.
• Attention to detail to uphold service, presentation and store standards.
• Passion for retail, trend awareness, and promoting JD Group values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent JD service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels and guiding customers to the full product range.
• Maintain visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organized, and aligned with brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening/closing procedures and till operations.
