Iceland Foods is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to support the store management team in delivering excellent customer service and operational excellence in our Sheffield store. You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour that you shift manage the store.

The role emphasizes loss prevention, product availability, staff development, and delivering a positive customer experience through hands-on leadership and daily coaching.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication with colleagues to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plan and organise the shift using every team member.
• Provide balanced feedback to improve performance of colleagues.
• Hands-on leadership to deliver a great store.
