Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store teams and deliver excellent customer service on a busy retail floor. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, coach teammates, and lead in the manager's absence, ensuring a welcoming, efficient store experience.

Successful candidates will have prior team leadership in fast-paced retail, strong communication, and a passion for serving customers. Tesco supports flexible working and diversity in its stores.
