Job summary

Tesco Store is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the team in delivering a great customer experience across all store areas. You will be the go-to for day-to-day operational queries and help lead the store in the Manager’s absence.

You’ll coach colleagues, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing needs while maintaining an inclusive, customer-focused environment. Roles may offer flexible hours and minimum weekly commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to lead in the Manager's absence.
• Be 18 or over to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
