Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver a great in-store experience. You will lead a team across store operations, act as the go-to person for daily queries, and foster inclusive, high-performing relationships.

You will step in for the Manager when needed and make flexible decisions to respond to changing conditions. The role emphasizes coaching colleagues, delivering excellent service to customers, and contributing to Tesco's broader goals of community and planet.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong service mindset and ability to meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
