Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to drive exceptional in-store experiences, lead a diverse team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role emphasizes frontline leadership, excellent service delivery, and adaptability in a busy retail environment.

You will oversee shift delivery, manage customer interactions, and act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager, while promoting Tesco values and community focus.
