Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the store team and deliver a great in-store experience. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach colleagues, and ensure a high level of service across departments.

The role offers flexibility with contracts, minimum hours per week (guaranteed 16, with some locations 12 hours), and opportunities to grow within Tesco. We value inclusivity and a positive work environment.
