Job summary

Lidl GB in Burnley is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to motivate your team, manage store operations and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead by example, delegate tasks, and ensure customers have a great experience.

This 35-hour contract offers pay £15.45–£15.95 per hour, plus bank holiday and night shift uplifts, a generous holiday entitlement and a benefits package designed to support your well-being and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
• Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
