Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to keep the store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, motivate staff, and ensure high standards on the shop floor while delivering excellent customer service.

• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks to ensure smooth shifts.
• Create an environment where colleagues can succeed and develop.
• Manage store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock to run shifts effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer experience every visit to the store.
