Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in Ringwood to keep the store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll motivate your team, oversee daily operations, and step in when Store Manager is absent.

The role offers hourly pay £15.45–£15.95, a 35-hour contract, shifts including evenings and weekends, plus benefits such as holiday entitlement, pension, and in-store discounts.
