Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead store operations and motivate the team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll take responsibility for the shop floor, ensure high standards, and drive customer satisfaction, with earnings including an hourly rate plus holiday and benefits.

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly.
