Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to supervise a busy store, motivate the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95), based on 30–35 hours per week (pro rata) with extra pay for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, a pension scheme and staff discounts.
