Tesco Shift Lead role in the United Kingdom places you at the heart of our busy stores, coordinating daily tasks and guiding team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work across store areas, communicate clearly, and act as a trusted leader for colleagues and customers alike.

You will lead the team in the Manager’s absence, ensure shifts run smoothly, and stay adaptable to changing needs while maintaining high service standards and a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years of age.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to meet customer needs.
• Build positive, inclusive team relationships and communicate clearly.
• Natural leader who motivates the team to achieve targets.
• Flexible, proactive and able to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Cover day-to-day store operations and respond to colleagues' queries.
