Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help run our store floor and support daily operations. You will lead the team, ensure great service, and act as a go-to for day-to-day queries while promoting an inclusive environment. The role offers flexibility, development opportunities, and a chance to impact customer experience daily.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining standards, and making quick, balanced decisions as priorities shift, with a minimum of hours guaranteed per week.

Formación

• Over 18 for this role.
• Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer's needs are met.
• Build positive, long-lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• Clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
