Iceland Foods Ltd in Maidstone is seeking a committed Shift Manager to support the Store Management team, drive consistent results, and help make the store the best place to shop and work.

You will start as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for every hour you shift manage the store, with a focus on stock availability, customer service, and building an engaged, inclusive team. This role offers clear career pathways within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is required.
• Strong communication skills to deliver tasks first time, every time.
• Ability to plan and organise shift coverage effectively.
• Provide balanced feedback to improve team performance.
• Set the pace on shift and stay hands-on to deliver a great store.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit by ensuring great product availability for customers.
