Job summary

Mitie is seeking Retail Security Officers for Asda Stafford to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe shopping environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues. You will patrol the store, use CCTV to deter crime, liaise with store management and police when needed, and wear full uniform while upholding the highest professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a retail setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving services business.
• Capability in the use of technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry leading customer service.
• Be clean, tidy and properly dressed wearing full uniform.
• Deter violence and public order offences.
• Conduct patrols of the store.
• Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with the store management teams.
• Report incidents and crime through our leading technology.
• Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships where required.
