Qualifications

• Experience of delivering Customer Service.

• Previous security experience desirable but not essential.
• SIA licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry leading customer service in-store.
• Conduct patrols and deter violence and disorder.
• Utilise CCTV to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with store management and police where required.
• Record activity accurately on client and company documents.
• Follow site risk assessments to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain high personal and professional standards as a MITIE employee.
• Provide a visible security contact for colleagues and customers.
