Mitie is seeking a Security Officer to join M&S in a multi-location retail setting across Cheshire and North Wales. You will be the calm, professional face ensuring a safe shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service.

You will monitor store security, prevent loss, respond to incidents, and use body-worn cameras and store tech to support operations. A valid SIA licence is preferred, and a 5-year UK work history is required.

Competenze

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.
• All candidates must be able to provide a 5-year checkable work history within the UK.
