Job summary

BardWood Support Services is seeking a Retail Security Officer for a well-known Hereford retail store. You will patrol the premises, monitor entrances and protect staff and customers by maintaining a safe shopping environment.

The role requires an SIA license, a 5-year checkable work history, and the ability to work flexibly to meet client requirements. The position offers progression opportunities and a permanent transfer after 12 weeks with various employee benefits.

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store.
• Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.

Title – Retail Security Officer

Pay Rate - £13.10

Location – Hereford

Shift Timings - Must Be Flexible As Per Clients Requirement

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.
