Job summary

BardWood Support Services is recruiting a Retail Security Officer for a well-known retail store in Lancing. You will patrol premises, monitor entry/exit and respond to incidents to ensure safety of staff and customers.

The role requires a valid SIA license, a 5-year checkable work history, and the ability to work under pressure with flexibility to cover shifts. Training and opportunities are provided as part of the client transfer after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• SIA License required.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store.
• Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.

Title – Retail Security Officer

Pay Rate –13.10 PH

Location – Lancing BN15

Shift Timings – Must be fully flexible as per clients requirements

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.
