Job summary

Staffline is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Exeter (covering sites across Devon). You will provide a visible security presence, help keep customers, colleagues and visitors safe, and support loss prevention while working as part of a friendly team.

This role offers £16.20 per hour with various shifts across multiple Devon locations. SG/DS SIA licence required; training and career progression opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence on site.
• Help keep customers, colleagues and visitors safe.
• Support loss prevention and reducing incidents.
• Monitor and report incidents using digital systems.
• Respond calmly and professionally to issues.
• Follow site procedures, including fire and evacuation processes.
• Keep the security area clean and organised.
• Deliver a friendly, professional service every shift.
• Carry out searches in line with site requirements.
